Abstract:
Economists occasionally have the opportunity to play the role of public intellectuals, contributing to the dissemination of economic ideas through the mass-media. The paper illustrates the position of the Italian liberal economist and politician Pasquale Jannaccone concerning the European and International integration process after wwii through his articles published in newspapers.
