Abstract: This paper concerns the role played by the entrepreneur in the economic system, according to Leòn Walras and Vilfredo Pareto. The role is analyzed in relation to the possible hoarding of the revenues and in relation to the representation of this variable in the national accounting schemes. This research proposes an extension of the neoclassical model through a variation of the economic equilibrium between supply and demand and its substitution with a supply and use equilibrium. The representation of this hypothesis is offered in algebraic terms and by means of an application to the italian national accounting data
