Abstract: A subject of this study is to analyze the restructuring of the big enterprises based on an empirical research (trial 55 big enterprises located in Silesia Province). The author of this thesis has formulated and verified (using statistical tools) correctness of one research hypothesis: Companies with majority of domestic capital do not use concepts and methods supporting the restructuring processes of enterprises.
