Saplaco, Severo R. Author_Email: and Ramirez, Domingo M. Author_Email:

Philippine Journal of Development, 1999

Abstract: Watershed conservation has always been the people’s cry. However, efforts in the past have not been enough to demonstrate this. This paper attempts to shed light on the importance of soil and water conservation measures popularly applied and adopted in the Philippine upland watershed setting. Facts and figures are given as an emphasis to the true value of soil and water resources.
