Abstract: Modern times consider as a person the individual man being endowed with reason and conscience; this man cannot be but person because he shows so many persons. According to the positive law the human individual is considered a person: natural person in civil relations; criminal in criminal relations; public officer in administrative relations, etc. “Natural person”, “criminal”, “public officer” are terms from legal terminology of different branches of law that define the individual in the law, the one and the same that enters social relations, legal relations, etc.: I am considered natural person in the civil law, criminal in the criminal law, public officer in the administrative law, taxpayer in the fiscal law, etc.
