Abstract: Career, in the most general meaning, is the professional history of an individual. One may notice that today careers are much more varied and unpredictable than in the past. Career represents one of the cross points between the needs of individuals and the interests of an organization as both individuals and organizations get involve in career’ shaping. Therefore successful careers create successful organizations.
