Daniela Valea ()

Curentul Juridic, The Juridical Current, Le Courant Juridique, 2006, vol. 24-25, 18-31

Abstract: This paper outlines the development of the concept of laws’ constitutionality control by pointing out the most important moments and aspects that have shaped and formed a controlling system for laws’ constitutionality as a very important element in the legal system of the rule of law. The control of laws’ constitutionality represents one of the most debated, analyzed and inherently controversial aspects of constitutional system issues and in a larger context of democratic regimes
