Abstract: The commerce effects have entered the modern era of IT and the use of new payment or credit methods bring about their change according to the present commercial standards. This study intends to present the impact of commerce computing on the commercial effects, both on European and national level, also including the analysis of the timid attempts of making rules in this domain in our country
