Abstract:
The last decade of the XXth century represented a new stage in the evolution of local Romanian administration. Nowadays the administrators of free public authorities are chosen directly by the citizens by vote, for a limited time, existing a series of incompatibilities to determine the local elected to concentrate on the aspects concerning the local community. The local elected can be found at both the county and locality level
