Abstract:
The authors have understood to make a brief analysis concerning the right to free movement on the territory of the European Union’s member states. The citizenship of the European Union gives every citizen of the Union a fundamental right, under the reserves and conditions stipulated by the community rules. Having in view, also, the recent conflict between France, on one side and Romania and some of the European Union’s organisms, on the other side, the authors have understood to make some remarks and to express their critic opinion towards both involved parties.
