Abstract: The essential aspects related to the freedom of expression and the right to private and family life – as human rights – are consecrated by the international regulations in the matter, but they are also consecrated as fundamental rights regulated at the level of the constitutions and regulations within the national legal systems of all democratic states. The freedom of expression and the right to private and family life are two of the fundamental human rights which grant significance to the social respect due to the individual.
