Abstract:
The parliamentary procedure of the censure motion has as a generator the legal document itself, known as such, which produces political effects (the vote of no-confidence leads to the demission of the Government) and also legal consequences (to the extent that a normative administrative act is the subject of the motion it is repealed by default or it requires the elaboration and issuance of a repealing act).
