Abstract:
The activity developed by the judiciary bodies must have as a unique concern, within the limits of the jurisdiction conferred by the Constitution, the assurance of compliance with the authorities, natural or legal persons, but considering the establishment of special guarantees that provide a complete independence from any interference and influence of organs that are part of the other power, or which are subject to hierarchical control respectively to the authority of the Ministry of Justice as it is the case of the Public Ministry.
