Abstract:
In designing or streamlining information system, its specific objectives and requirements should reflect the core objectives, derived, specific, individual for the organization. This involves studying the politic strategy, organization’s documents and discussions with and joint analysis with the managers who are the main beneficiaries of the system. Ensuring effective and efficient functioning information system for each organization is essential given its performance and decisive condition. In this paper we want to emphasize that an important way of achieving organizational performance, streamlining information system, very laborious process and decisively because of the many elements involved, so purely informational, and managerial, economic, technical or legal. In other words, rationalization of the information system can be defined as a process of critical analysis and redesign of the management system or its components in order to increase its functionality and maximize the efficiency of the firm,essentially assuming a series of connected activities in a logical sequence.
