Abstract: The reason for which the computerization of public administration is rated as an important stimulus for future development and as one of the most important facilities is given by its strong impact on most industries and services. Indeed, the services that managed to incorporate the computerization of their activities are those that record the highest results and offer opportunities of saving time, resources and energy.
