Abstract: Bucuresti, anul 2013. Wikipedia, celebra enciclopedie libera de pe internet, il descrie ca fiind capitala Romaniei, dar si al zecelea oras ca populatie din Uniunea Europeana. Altfel spus, Bucurestiul este aliniat unor capitale precum Londra, Paris, Berlin, orase in care notiunile de civilizatie si dezvoltare cunosc superlativul. Romania, in intregul ei, isi doreste cu ardoare sa fie perceputa ca apartinand lumii occidentale, apusene, uitand de mostenirea sa orientala, capatata in urma secolelor de dominatie otomana.
