Abstract: In fiecare zi, canalele de stiri sunt inundate cu imagini venite din zonele de conflict din lumea intreaga. Pentru prima data in istoria lumii, prin intermediul satelitilor de comunicare si gratie retelelor de socializare si canalelor de stiri, precum Youtube, Facebook sau Yahoo, avem loc in primul rand in sala de spectacole in care s-a transformat Internetul. Ceea ce camerele nu vad este ca mai exista o zona de conflict in culise, in ceea ce astazi se numeste lumea electronica. Aici luptele nu se dau cu rachete, bombe si gloante, ci cu biti si bytes. Convergenta digitala, termen cu care literatura de specialitate ne-a obisnuit, se regaseste intr-o forma similara si in domeniul securitatii digitale si al spionajului cibernetic. Acest articol va prezenta perspectiva pe care autorul o are asupra viitorului securitatii digitale privita prin intermediul istoriei acesteia.
