Abstract: Informatizarea pe scara larga a tuturor activitatilor, dar mai ales acelor de management este o legitate obiectiva a vremurilor actuale si viitoare. Prin spectru, importanta si complexitate managementul social si administratia publica au insa trasaturi specifice puternic conturate. Produsele IT care le vor fi puse la dispozitie trebuie sa satisfaca aceste cerinte si sa asigure modernizarea continua si eficienta a activitatilor. Prezentul material incearca sa prezinte realitatea si perspectivele informatizarii domeniului in discutie si sa propuna cateva specificatii oportune, in opinia autorului, care sa fie incluse in viitoarele caiete de sarcini/specificatii tehnice ale produselor IT cu destinatie administrativ-publica.
