Abstract:
Rolul modelelor si al modelarii in cunoastere si in practica existentei umane este de incontestabila importanta. Complexitatea si dinamica vietii sociale, sub toate aspectele, este in crestere exponentiala. Conducerea si exercitarea activitatilor este imposibila cu mijloacele traditionale, folosite pana in cea de a doua treime a secolului al XX?lea. Informatizarea este o stricta necesitate: societatile care nu o folosesc la nivelele curente pe plan mondial dispar, de cele mai multe ori prin absorbtie sau disolutie, pasnice sau violente. Odata insa cu patrunderea informatizarii in mai toate aspectele vietii sociale, modelarii i se solicita valente cu totul noi. Aceasta a facut ca modelarea matematica, strict necesara proceselor informatice, sa dezvolte noi ramuri si discipline de profil si in mod special acele arii solicitate de computerizare. Prezentul material propune o metoda generala de modelare in domeniilor stiintelor sociale (managementul public, administratia publica si dreptul sunt direct vizate) cu scop final crearea de modele computerizabile aplicabile lor.
