Abstract: У статті виконаний аналіз основних напрямків конкурентоспроможності комерційних банків України в сучасних умовах. Визначено основні цінові та нецінові характеристики банківських продуктів та критерії їхньої якості для клієнтів. Встановлено, що конкурентоспроможність послуг вимагає від банку постійної роботи щодо удосконалення їхнього надання та вивчення потреб клієнтів. The article analyzes the main areas of competitiveness of commercial banks in Ukraine in modern conditions. The basic price and non-price characteristics of banking products and criteria of quality for customers have been defined. It has been established, that the competitiveness of bank services requires constant efforts to improve their provision and learning needs of customers.
