Abstract: У статті проведено теоретичний аналіз реалізації засади рівності перед законом і судом як основної засади судочинства. Досліджено сучасне розуміння принципу рівності перед законом і судом. Проаналізовано питання недоторканості громадян та різних посадових осіб, яким недоторканість надається для здійснення їх повноважень в аспекті рівності перед законом і судом.
