Abstract: В статье обосновывается потребность институциональных преобразований лесного комплекса. Выполнен анализ факторов развития рынка древесного сырья, обозначено место и роль государственной практики его регулирования; раскрыта роль корневых цен как фактора социально-экономического развития лесного хозяйства Беларуси; обозначены условия формирования инновационной активности организаций лесного сектора. The author grounds the necessity of institutional transformation of the forestry complex. The factors for the development of the market of wood raw material are analyzed, the place and the role of state practice for its regulation are indicated. The author describes the role of root prices as factors of socio-economic development of forestry of Belarus. Auspicious conditions for innovative development of the forestry complex are suggested.
