Performance management of industrial companies in the Czech Republic

Abstract:
The article deals with non-financial aspects of company performance, because they are currently show as the most valuable resources which companies have and therefore raises the need to seek the ways how to utilize the potential of these resources to maximum effect. The goal of this article and the research is to determine the degree of emphasis on the management of non-financial performance determinants that have been defined in four areas, namely quality, information technology, human capital and customer capital. At the same time, it was investigated how companies evaluate their performance, both in terms of market and financial performance.
