Liability in the Insolvency Law and Changes Relating to the Recodification of Civil Law

Abstract: The primary goal of the article is to open the question of debtor´s liability in the insolvency law and general anti - bankruptcy prevention with focus on the duties of the debtor in connection to the administration of the property. The paper should bring the conclusion of the consequences in case of the breach of the duty in connection to the insolvency proceedings, under the current legal regulation with the prospect of current changes in the civil law.
