Bankruptcies in Czech Republic: Reality identified by examining the statistical

Abstract: The work aims at a comprehensive analysis of the statistical survey 572 insolvency proceedings which took place in the Czech Republic from January 2008 until the end of 2013. This is the third in a wave of similar surveys, while the present work the analysis results are compared with just these previous data sets. Together, there were processed 2193 closed insolvency proceedings. These proceedings represent nearly 20 percent of the total number of insolvencies of businesses operating in the country during that period took place and have already been completed. This sample should therefore be very representative, on the other hand, the authors do not conceal that the results are still only approximate. The key findings of the research as usual satisfaction of secured creditors, unsecured creditors, satisfy claims against the estate of a debt assimilated claims against the estate of length insolvency proceedings and more.
