The current situation in the strategy management of the selected Czech innovative companies in terms of their innovation processes

Abstract:
This article deals with strategic management of the Czech companies operating in the market areas where frequent innovations are crucial for long term success. It contains the results of own survey performed in the Czech companies, presented in the context of strategic management and innovation management theory, as well as the context of publicly available information. The survey verifies which management techniques and methodologies are used by these companies and the impact on their performance measured by value creation.
