Abstract: Problematic behaviour of small and medium-sized enterprises concerning corporate responsibility. Research of institutionalisation of corporate responsibility in small and medium-sized enterprises. Analysing ethical principles applied in small and medium-sized enterprises when adopting a responsible approach to business in economic, social, and environmental fields. Specification of motives, benefits, and risks in corporate responsibility in small and medium-sized enterprises.
