Evaluation of Intellectual Capital in the Process of Liberalization of the Postal Market

Abstract:
Intellectual capital is currently very actual topic, especially with reference to efforts to use its tools in the process of evaluating specific developmental processes in the market. The process of liberalization of the postal market is a process that must be undergo an analysis in the view of intellectual capital, because policy of human resource management has a crucial impact on the effectiveness of each national postal operators. The process of liberalization of the postal market has not been in any closer ties undergone such an analysis, and for this reason it is necessary to provide additional insight into the study of this integration development. Each integration process that is undergone analysis of several possible angles, it is possible within the evaluation described as meaningful.
