Nezabiješ!
Jan Tleskač
E-LOGOS, 2003, vol. 2003, issue 1, 8 pages
Abstract:
The author thinks over the possibility to look on killing from the standpoint of Kant's categorical imperative; he solves philosophically a dilemma which he solved practically in the moment when he killed an attacker in the frame of self-defence. He exploits Kant's categorical imperative as a basis for affirming or refusing his views.
