The usage of Business Intelligence in the Vysocina region

Abstract:
Th e article deals with the usage of the data processing and analysing method Business Intelligence (BI) in the Vysocina Region. Th e BI method is a proper basis for regional data integration and the creation of the managerial informational system of the region. A short history and the technical framework of the method is described, including main advantages and problems of the current solution. Th e future development of the method is draft ed and the aspect of the future partnership of respective institutions is emphasized.
