Approche monétaire et rapport salarial

Abstract: [eng] Recent approaches concerning employment relations have not been able to escape from views that labor as a commodity, despite the reference to concepts such as equity, conventions or authority. The aim of this article is to show that C. Benetti & J. Cartelier 's work present an appropriate framework to understand the unique features of employment relations. This framework inspired by Schumpeter's definition of monetary approach and Kalecki' s theory of profits, describes employment relations as asymetrical relations based on money. By doing so, it avoids the distorted methods of models that view labor as a commodity. It also avoids the use of concepts that are not justified economically However, a limitation of this framework is that it disconnects the wage rate from the production process because of the disconnection of wages from the production process. [fre] Les approches récentes du rapport salarial ne sont pas affranchies du modèle marchand en dépit de la référence à des catégories telles que l'équité, la convention ou l'autorité. L'objet de cet article est de montrer que les travaux de C. Benetti/J. Cartelier offrent un cadre approprié pour la saisie de la singularité du rapport salarial. Ce cadre, qui est inspiré de la définition schum- peterienne de l'approche monétaire et de la théorie du profit de Kalecki, définit le rapport salarial comme une relation asymétrique fondée sur la monnaie. Ce faisant, il évite les biais du modèle marchand et le recours à des catégories non fondées économiquement. Il possède cependant une limite qui tient à la déconnexion du salaire par rapport au processus productif.
