Las relaciones entre el gran comercio y sus proveedores han experimentado una crisis en 1984 y 1985. La creación de supercentrales de compra ha incrementado, en efecto, los puntos afavor de los distribuidores trente a los productores. Este artículo tiene por objeto ver este conflicto dentro de una perspectiva histórica : antes de enfrentarse con estos proveedores, el gran comercio mantenía relaciones difîciles con el comercio tradicional y la industria. Sin embargo, los indicios de acontecimientos de 1984 y 1985 son poco perceptibles. No es posible aislar los inconvenientes que han tenido que soportar productores con fuerte poder de mercado, mientras que las comparaciones internacionales muestran que la potencia de las industrias agrícolas y alimentarias y de la gran distribución no son antinómicas. Relations between mass market retailers and their suppliers underwent a crisis in 1984 and 1985. Distributors gained significant advantages in dealing with producers through the creation of "supercentrales d'achats" (large-scale groups purchasing centres offering better conditions to members). This article aims to place this conflict in a historical perspective: before this battle with suppliers, the mass market retail sector was already witnessing difficult relations between traditional commerce and industry. Butthe events of 1984 and 1985 have leftfew perceptible traces. Although it is difficult to isolate the damage that producers suffered from strong market pressure, international comparisons show that the power of the agri-foodstuff industries and the power of the mass market distribution sectors are not mutually exclusive. La création de supercentrales d'achat a, en effet, accru les atouts des distributeurs face aux producteurs. L'objet de cet article est de replacer ce conflit dans une perspective historique : avant de se heurter à ses fournisseurs, le grand commerce entretenait des rapports difficiles avec le commerce traditionnel et l'industrie. Mais les traces des événements de 1984 et 1985 sont peu perceptibles. On ne peut isoler les inconvénients subis par des producteurs au fort pouvoir de marché, tandis que les comparaisons internationales montrent que la puissance des Industries agricoles et alimentaires et de la grande distribution ne sont pas antinomiques. [ger] Die Beziehungen zwischen Herstellern und Vertriebsunternehmen : ein empirischer Ansatz, . von Alain Chappert und François Ecalle.. . 1984 und 1985 befanden sich die Beziehungen zwischen den großen Vertriebsunternehmen und ihren Lieferanten in einer Krise. Die Einrichtung von Großeinkaufszentralen hat nämlich den Vertriebsunternehmen gegenüber den Herstellern noch bessere Trümpfe in die Hand gegeben. Dieser Artikel zielt darauf ab, diesen Konflikt wieder in eine historische Perspektive einzuordnen : bevor die großen Vertriebsunternehmen mit ihren Lieferanten in Widerstreit gerieten, unterhielten sie schwierige Beziehungen zu dem traditionellen Handel und der Industrie. Doch die Nachwirkungen der Ereignisse von 1984 und 1985 sind nur in geringem Maße erkennbar. Man kann die Nachteile, die die Hersteller mit starker Machtstellung hinnehmen mußten, nicht isolieren, während die internationalen Vergleiche zeigen, daß die Machtposition der Agrarwirtschaft und der Nahrungsmittelindustrie sowie die der großen Vertriebsunternehmen nicht antinomisch sind.
