Abstract: [eng] The budget of households in 1975 according to the 6th Plan . by Annie Fouquet. . The projections regarding consumption by households which have already been released by the I.N.S.E.E. in their preliminary form, are represented here in their final form, compatible with the 6th Plan itself. According to these estimations the areas which will register the most rapid growth are « Hygiene and Health » (+ 8.6 %, yearly average, for the 1969-1975 period, on the basis of constant 1969 prices), « Transports and Telecommunications » (+7.6 %) and « Culture, Leisure and Entertainment » (+7.0%). Those areas which reflect an average growth rate comparable to the average growth of the economy (+ 5.4 %) are « Housing » (+ 5.5 %) and « Hotels, Restaurants, etc. » (+ 5.1 %). The areas reflecting the lowest rates of growth will be « Clothing » (+ 4.3 %) and « Food » (+ 2.9 %). The place occupied in the family budget by expenditures on food will move from 32% to 25.3%. . The detailed analysis of these figures indicates important changes in the habits of French citizens, especially regarding increasing urbanisation and motorisation and the extension of television and social security services. Les projections de la consommation des ménages effectuées par l'I.N.S.E.E. pour 1975, qui ont déjà donné lieu à des publications provisoires ou partielles, sont présentées ici sous forme définitive, homogène au VIe Plan lui-même. Selon cette projection, les consommations qui, par grandes fonctions de ia nomenclature, croîtront le plus vite d'ici 1975, sont celles d'« hygiène et santé » (+ 8,6% par an en moyenne, à prix constants, de 1969 à 1975), de « transports et télécommunications » (4- 7,6%) et de «culture, loisirs, distractions » (+ 7,0%). Les croissances proches de la moyenne (+5,4%) sont celles d'« habitation » (+ 5,5 %) et d'« hôtels, cafés, restaurants, divers » (+ 5,1 %). Enfin les croissances les plus faibles sont celles d'« habillement » (+ 4,3 %) et d'« alimentation » (+ 2,9%). La part des dépenses alimentaires passerait, à prix constants, de 32,0 à 25,3 % des dépenses totales des ménages. . L'analyse détaillée de ces chiffres fait ressortir à grands traits la transformation des habitudes des Français : l'urbanisation, la motorisation, la télévision, la sécurité sociale imprimant leurs effets de masse. Según dicha proyección, los consumos que, conforme a los mayores renglones de la nomenclatura, se incrementaràn con mayor rapidez de aquí a 1975, son los sigulentes : « aseo personal y gastos sanitarios » (4- 8,6 % al afio en término medio, a precios constantes, de 1969 a 1975), « transportes y comunicaciones » (+ 7,6 %), «cultura y diversiones » (4- 7,0%); los incrementos que avecinan el promedio (+ 5,4 %,) son los de « vivienda » (+ 5,5 %) y « restaurantes, cafés, hoteles, y demás » (+ 5,1 %). Por último, los incrementos de menor importancia son el « vestido y calzado » (+ 4,3 %) y la « alimentación » (+ 2,9 %). El renglón de los gastos de alimentación pasaría, a precios constantes, de 32,0 a 25,3 % del total de los gastos de los hogares. . El anàlisis detallado de las antecitadas cifras pone de manifiesto con grandes rasgos la transformación de las costumbres de los Franceses, o sea : urbanización, television, seguridad social, los cuales imprimen sus efectos de masa.
