Abstract: [eng] Inflation : what are we talking about? - Inflation, which proves to be a complex phenomenon, is the matter of many confusions. A classification of the most usual interpretations is proposed by the author. Besides, he advances the notion according to which the explanatory diagrams are varying with the duration of the period of time which is examined. [spa] La inflación : ¿ de que se trata ? - La inflación, fenómeno complejo, es objeto de bastante confusión. El autor propone una clasificación de las interpretaciones más corrientes. Aparté de eso, pone en evidencia el concepto según el cual los diagramas explicativos varian conforme a la duración del perfodo examinado. [fre] Phénomène complexe, l'inflation est la matière de bien des confusions. L'auteur, propose un classement des interprétations les plus couramment retenues. Par ailleurs, il met en avant l'idée selon laquelle les schémas explicatifs varieraient avec la longueur de la période étudiée.
