Abstract: [fre] Logement : qualité d'abord - S'appuyant sur des hypothèses de fléchissement de la croissance démographique comme rythme annuel des désaffectations, le VIIe Plan table sur un net ralentissement de la neuve. En revanche l'amélioration du parc ancien serait poursuivie et même intensifiée. total la FBCF logement augmenterait de 2,1 % par an entre 1975 et 1980 (contre 3,9 % 1970 et 1975). La politique mise en œuvre renforcerait l'aide personnalisée. [spa] Viviendas : calidad ante todo - El VIl e Plan, estribando en hipótesis de flexion del crecimiento demográfico asi como del ritmo anual de cambio de destino de viviendas, cuenta con una ralentización de la vivienda por estrenar. En cambio, las mejoras del parque antiguo seguirïan llevandose a cabo e incluso se irian intensificando. En total, la formación bruta de capital fijo de la vivienda se incrementarïa en un 2,4 % al año entre 1975 y 1980 (contra un 3,9 % entre 1970 y 1975). La politica puesta en obra reforzarïa la ayuda individualizada. [eng] Housing : quality first - Relying on assumptions that demographic growth will sag, just as the annual rythm of housing put out of use will do, the VIIth Plan counts on a clear deceleration of new housing building. But the stock's renewal would be carried on and even intensified. On the whole, the gross fixed capital formation would increase in 2,4 % per annum between 1975 and 1980 (against 3,9 % between 1970 and 1975). The implemented policy would strengthen «personalized grant ».
