Les indicateurs du VIIe Plan

Abstract: [fre] Le premier numéro des « Indicateurs du VIIe Plan », publié par l'INSEE, vient de paraître. Parallèlement à sa sortie, Économie et statistique présente l'ensemble du système d'indicateurs mis en place pour suivre l'exécution du VIIe Plan. Ce système s'inscrit dans la ligne de celui du VIe Plan, mais développé et enrichi : en particulier, outre une augmentation du nombre des indicateurs économiques et des domaines qu'ils couvrent, on a créé des indicateurs dits « sociaux » qui traduisent les préoccupations inscrites dans le Plan touchant les inégalités sociales, la famille et la qualité de la vie. La détermination de tous les indicateurs associés au VIIe Plan a été effectuée avec le souci de donner rapidement une information pertinente et facilement accessible à un public non spécialiste, sur l'exécution du Plan dans les domaines correspondant aux principales orientations de celui-ci (rétablissement de l'équilibre extérieur, retour à une croissance équilibrée, amélioration du cadre de vie). On trouvera dans cet article également une présentation plus détaillée de quelques indicateurs sociaux (emploi, accès à l'enseignement, temps de trajet domicile-travail) et économiques (prix et consommation d'énergie). [spa] Los indicadores del VII° Plan - El primer número de « Indicateurs associés au VIIe Plan » (Indicadores del VII° Plan) publicado por el INSEE se acaba de presentar. Simultáneamente, « Economie et Statistique » présenta el conjunto del sistema de indicadores llevado a efecto con objeto de ir observando la puesta en obra del VIIe Plan. Dicho sistema va orientado en el sentido del VII° Plan, si bien desarrollado y valiosamente perfeccionado: en especial, cabe notarse ademas de un incremento del numéro de indicadores económicos y de los terrenos que abarcan, la creación de indicadores sociales que reflejan las preocupaciones propias del VIIe Plan en materia de desigualdades sociales, familia y economía del bienestar. Todos los indicadores económicos vinculados con el VIIs Plan se determinaron con el anhelo de facilitar sin demora la oportuna información, asequible a un público no especial izado, respecto a la ejecución del Plan en terrenos que corresponden a sus orientaciones fundamentals (recuperación del equilibrio exterior, retorno a un crecimiento equilibrado, mejoramiento del cuadro de vida). Este artículo ofrece también una presentación mas pormenorizada de unos cuantos indicadores sociales taies como empleo, acceso a la ensenanza, duración del trayecto entre domicilío y lugar de trabajo, asf como indicadores económicos relativos a precios y consumo energético. [eng] The indicators of the VIIth Plan - The first issue of « Indicateurs du VIIe Plan » published by the INSEE has just been released. In conjunction with this event, Économie et Statistique is presenting a general survey of the system of indicators which have been established to follow the implementation of the VIIth Plan. This system is patterned on that of the VIth Plan, but has been expanded and enriched: notably, in addition to an increase in the number of economic indicators and the fields they cover, what have been called « social » indicators have been created, reflecting the Plan's concern for social inequities, the family, and quality of life. The indicators associated with the VIIth Plan have been selected with the aim of rapidly giving pertinent information (easily comprehensible to a public of non-specialists) about the implementation of the Plan in the fields of its principal orientations (the re-establishment of the deficit in the balance of trade, the return to balanced growth, the improvement of environmental and living conditions). This article also contains a more detailed presentation of several social indicators (employment, accessibility to education, travel time between work and home) as well as economic indicators (prices and energy consumption).
