Abstract: [fre] La population agricole diminue i un rythme rapide depuis une vingtaine d'années. De 1968 i 1975, cette baisse a continué, atteignant quasiment toutes les catégories de population agricole. C'est un million d'actifs sur trois qui ont ainsi disparu entre 1968 et 1975. On retiendra que les évolutions selon le statut, le sexe et l'âge sont infiniment plus contrastées qu'auparavant, que les diminutions ont touché tous les départements, que les effectifs de jeunes demeurent modestes, mais aussi et peut-être surtout, que les femmes sont de plus en plus souvent exploitantes. [eng] Fewer and Fewer Farmers - The farming population has been on the decrease for the last twenty years, and at a rapid rate. From 1968 until 1975, this decline continued, effecting almost all of the categories of the farming sector. Between 1968 and 1975, one million workers out of three million in the farming sector disappeared. It should be noted that there is a much greater contrast than before in the evolutions of workers according to their status, their sex and age. The reductions have effected every region of France. The number of younger men and women working in the farming sector is still very low. One notable evolution is the presence of women in larger numbers at the head of farms. [spa] Menos y menos campesinos - Desde hace veinte afios la población campesina ha disminuído con un ritmo acelerado. Entre 1968 y 1975 esta disminución ha continuado, lo cual ha repercutido en todos los medios campesinos. Así uno de lostres millones de agricultores han abandonado la tierra entre 1968 y 1975. Para resumir las evoluciones según el estatus, el sexo y la edad son mucho mas diferentes que antes, esta disminución ha afectado todas las regiones pues el número de jóvenes es reducido, pero también, sobre todo las mujeres son cada vez mas dirigentes.
