Abstract: [fre] Afin de fournir une base de départ aux travaux de la seconde phase de la préparation du VIIIe Plan, des constats sectoriels ont été élaborés; ils visent à fournir l'essentiel de l'information statistique disponible sur les diverses branches industrielles. L'intérêt de cette vaste compilation est donc de brosser l'évolution, depuis vingt ans, de l'industrie française de façon détaillée et, pour la première fois, dans les cadres du système élargi de comptabilité nationale. La présentation qui est faite ici de ces constats, conduit à caractériser le développement des grandes branches entre 1959 et 1977 : transformations profondes pour les biens intermédiaires, difficultés avec la concurrence étrangère dans les biens de consommation courante, mouvements contrastés pour le bâtiment et réelle satisfaction avec les biens d'équipement. [eng] Industry and Construction over the Past twenty Years - With a view to providing an initial base for the work of the second phase of the preparation of the VIIIth Plan, reports by sector have been drawn up in the attempts to obtain the basic statistical data available on the various industrial branches. The interest of this vast compilation is to trace the evolution, over the past twenty years, of French industry in a detailed manner and, for the first time, in the framework of the « Extended System of National Accounts ». In this report, the presentation of these facts leads to the following characterization of the development of the major branches between 1959 and 1977 : there were profound changes in the area of intermediary goods, difficulties with foreign competition regarding current consumer goods, fluctuations in the construction field, and very satisfactory results in the capital goods sector. [spa] La industria y la edificación desde hace veinte años - Con objeto de facilitar una base de partida para la realización de los trabajos de la segunda fase de preparación del VIII° Plan, se elaboraron comprobaciones sectorales las que intentan facilitar lo esencial de la información estadistica disponible referente a las diversas ramas industrials. El interes presentado por esta extensa compilación consiste en efectuar un bosquejode la evolución, desde hace veinte anos, de la industria francesa en forma pormenorizada y, por primera vez, dentro del marco del sistema extendido de la contabilidad nacional. La presentation, tal como viene aquí, de dichas comprobaciones, encarrila a caracterizar el desarrollo de las grandes ramas entre 1959 y 1977; transformaciones de consideración para los bienes intermedios, difícultades registradas con la competencia extranjera en los bienes de consumo corriente, movimientos contrastados con relación a edificación e indiscutible satisfacción respecto a bienes de equipo.
