Abstract: [fre] Résumé L'étude de la vente des biens nationaux dans les Bouches-du-Rhône, recensée notamment par Paul Moulin en 1908-1911, révèle l'importance de ces ventes, autant pour les biens nationaux de première origine (biens du clergé) que pour les biens de seconde origine (biens des émigrés). Cette étude se veut essentiellement sociologique, aussi bien pour les victimes que pour les bénéficiaires. Elle montre que ceux qui sont traditionnellement considérés comme victimes, en particulier chez les notables, furent souvent capables de récupérer leurs biens par la suite grâce à l'habileté de leur famille et avant tout en raison de l'attitude conciliante des autorités consulaires. [eng] Summary The study of the sale of national properties in the Bouches-du-Rhône, especially as enumerated by Paul Moulin in 1908-1911, reveals the importance of these sales, both for the national properties of first origin (property of the clergy) and for those of second origin (property of exiles). This study sets out to be essentially sociological, both with regard to the victims and the beneficiaries. It shows those who are traditionally considered as victims, especially among the notables, were often able to recover their property later on, through the ability of their family and above all owing to the conciliatory attitude of the Consular authorities.
