Abstract: [eng] Abstract Some underlying facts in the series of events that led to the independance of Cyprus have long remained unnoticed. Such is the role played during the years, weeks and hours before the signature of the London agreements, on February 19th 1959, by a few individuals close to Moral Re-Armament. [fre] Résumé Dans la trame des événements qui ont conduit à l'indépendance de Chypre il en est quelques uns qui sont passés longtemps inaperçus. Tel est le rôle joué dans les années, les semaines et les heures qui ont précédé la signature de l'accord de Londres, le 19 février 1959, par quelques hommes proches du Réarmement Moral.
