Figures dévisagées, visages défigurés

Abstract: [fre] Résumé Le portrait est-il, chez l'enfant, nécessairement auto-portrait? Et la malformation faciale (fente labio-alvéolo-palatine) s'exprime-t-elle et comment dans le dessin que l'enfant atteint et ses frère et soeur (indemnes) sont invités à entreprendre? Tel était le point de départ de l'étude prospective menée par les auteurs sur une population d'environ 100 enfants porteurs de bec de lièvre. Si bien évidemment, les dessins sont lourdement chargés de signification, s'ils trahissent la cicatrice intime, ils ne deviennent véritablement expressifs, interprétables que vers l'âge de six ans, et ne peuvent donc anticiper ce que la voix et le comportement expriment par ailleurs. Et s'il n'y a pas chez ces enfants de deuil à faire d'un visage perdu, il y a fissure profonde, lente à combler entre un visage intérieur et une face visible. [eng] Abstract For children are portraets necessarily self portraets ? Concerning the facial malformation (lip and cleft palate) : is it always expressive ? And how is it shown in the requested drawing for the cleft children and its brother and sister one (non cleft) ? That is precisely the gaol of the prospective study made by the authors for a série of hundred cleft children. If obviously, the drawing are very expressive, they also showed the intimate scar. They only became really significant and interprétables after six years old. They also refect what could be expressed by the voice or the behaviour too. And even if there is no real deuil of a normal face, there is in fact a deep fissure, very slowly repaired between an inside face and a visible picture.
