Abstract: [fre] L'objet de cet article était d'éclairer l'état actuel des relations entre la Banque et l'Industrie, c'est à dire de préciser les caractéristiques du capital financier.. L'auteur propose de caractériser le capital financier en fonction de divers niveaux dans l'interpénétration du capital bancaire et industriel. Il distingue un procès de fusion réelle, un procès d'interpénétration formelle, et un procès de séparation cyclique.. L'analyse met en évidence 1' asymétrie dans les poids relatifs du capital financier à dominante bancaire et à dominante industrielle. [eng] The purpose of this article is to analyse the actual state of the relationship between the banking and the industrial system. The paper is thus concerned with financial capital, which the author proposes to characterize according to the various levels of interpenetration of banking and industrial capital. He distinguishes a process of real merger, a process of formal interpenetration, and a process of cyclical separation. The analysis throws into relief the asymmetry in the relative importance of financial capital respectively with industrial and banking predominance.
