Abstract: [fre] J.P. Gourlaouen - A propos de l' inefficience - X. L'objet de cet article est d'analyser très précisément le concept d'X inefficience introduit par H. Leibeinstein. Après avoir précisé la notion, l'auteur tente de trouver les origine de cette forme d' inefficience, dans la nature des objectifs poursuivis dans l'organisation et dans le caractère imparfait de l'information. Il suggère enfin la généralité du concept. [eng] J.P. Gourlaouen - On X-Inefficiency. The purpose of this article is to analyse very precisely the concept of X-inefficiency proposed by H. Leibeinstein. The notion being precised, the author searches for the sources of this types of inefficience in the nature of the organisation and in the imperfection of information. He suggests finally the generality of the concept.
