Abstract: [fre] Cette étude mesure les acquis technologiques intégrés par les constructeurs automobiles à un moment donné dans leurs produits finis. Ceci permet d'apprécier le profil technologique de chaque entreprise au stade du produit fini, c'est-à-dire les modèles automobiles et de vérifier que si la capacité d'innovation technologique est très variable d'une firme à une autre, on constate généralement une intégration progressive et cohérente des innovations dans les modèles des différents constructeurs. . Enfin cette étude examine les rapports qui ont existé entre les politiques commerciales, plus particulièrement les politiques de gamme et les politiques de recherche et développement. [eng] This study measures the technological advances which, at one moment of time, are integrated in the end products of the automobile industry. This allows for an evaluation of the technological profile of each enterprise at the level of the end product. Although the technological capacities of the various firms are different, the innovations are progressively and consistently integrated in the models of the various automobile constructors.. Finally, the study analyses the inter-relationship between the commercial policies, particularly in terms of the product mix, and the R&V policies.
