Comment les entreprises tournent-elles les restrictions d'encadrement du crédit ?

Abstract: [fre] Partant de l'hypothèse qu'en période d'encadrement du crédit les entreprises s'efforcent de trouver des palliatifs aux restrictions bancaires, nous avons voulu analyser les différentes solutions financières d'adaptation auxquelles elles ont pu recourir en France depuis 1972. Nous avons enquêté auprès d'une trentaine d'entreprises de la région Centre et les avons alors classées selon leurs comportements financiers avant d'effectuer une étude factorielle qui a révélé une véritable typologie des entreprises confrontées à cette politique monétaire entreprises passives, entreprises ayant recours au financement interne, entreprises particulièrement combatives et dynamiques sur les marchés. [eng] Assuming that during a period of credit rationing companies do their best to find palliatives to banking restrictions, our aim was to analyse the various financial solutions as regards economic adjustement to which they have been resorting in France since 1972. We made our investigations in about thirty companies in the Region Centre and then classified them according to their financial policies, before carrying out a data study which revealed a real typology among companies confronted, with this monetary situation : passive companies, companies ressorting to internai financing, and companies that are particularly aggressive and dynamic on the markets.
