L'industrie automobile dans les années 80: Jeux de Meccano et façades en trompe l'œil

Abstract: [eng] The article is analyzing probable trends in the 80's. A new period is setting in with the building up, in most industrialized countries, of trade barriers against the Japanese import penetration. The development of Japanese firms will take new ways and among others, the internationalisation of their production. American and European firms will be obliged to devise strategies which will deeply affect the world automobile scene. [fre] Cet article analyse les grandes tendances qui marqueront probablement les années 80. Une nouvelle période s'ouvre en effet, avec la création dans la plupart des pays industrialisés, de barrières face à l'accroissement des ventes japonaises. L'expansion des firmes nippones, va donc se poursuivre par d'autres voies et, notamment l'internationalisation de la production. Face à cette menace, les entreprises américaines et européennes, vont devoir effectuer des mouvements stratégiques qui modifieront en profondeur l'échiquier automobile mondial.
