Abstract: [fre] Lorsque l'on veut analyser la structure du capital financier et les relations entre la banque et l'industrie, l'étude des liaisons personnelles constitue une étape indispensable.. L'exemple suisse est significatif de l'imbrication étroite existant entre sociétés financières et entreprises industrielles. L'utilisation de la technique des graphes et des matrices en particulier, permet de faire apparaître une hiérarchie au sein du réseau des liaisons personnelles. Cependant, notre étude nous a conduit à nuancer la thèse du capital financier à dominance bancaire. L'étude des liaisons personnelles ne permet pas, en effet, de conclure à une domination de la banque suisse sur l'industrie, mais bien plutôt à une alliance inégale de type oligarchique à cause d'un fort (quoique déclinant) pouvoir familial. [eng] When we want to analyze the structure of finance capital and relations between bank and industry, the study of interlocking directorates constitutes an indispensable stage.. The swiss example is significant of the tight union existing between financial institutions and industrial corporations. The use of graph and matric technique, particularly, allows to make clear a hierarchy into the network of interlocking directorates. Nevertheless, our study conducts us to nuance the thesis of finance capital with bank dominance. The study of interlocking directorates do not allows us to conclude that swiss banks dominate industry, but rather it exists an inequal alliance with oligarchie type because of a strong (although declining) family power.
