Abstract: [fre] Cet article se propose d'étudier les facteurs qui influencent la détermination de l'emploi industriel à court-moyen terme. Une segmentation de l'industrie en secteur monopoliste (biens intermédiaires et d'équipement) et secteur concurrentiel (biens de consommation) est alors proposée et justifiée à l'aide de divers arguments. La vérification économétrique qui en découle conduit à la mise en évidence de logiques sectorielles qui permettent de différencier les comportements d'emploi. [eng] This article intends to study the factors which exercize an infuence on the level of short term industrial employment. A partition of the industry between a monopolistic sector (equipment goods and intermediary goods) and a competitive sector (consumption goods) is then suggested and justified through different arguments. The econometric verification which follows through leads to demonstrate the existence of different employment behaviors depending on the sector.
