Abstract:
[fre] In consumer goods industries, and more particularly in food industry, final demand is more variable. This variability concerns principaly the sales, which levels are fluctuating on short-range. To allow to organize the production's and the distribution's operations, with a reduction of stocks, new management techniques are necessary : telematics is one of these. So, the control of the information authorizes the development of new corporate strategies (« networks »).
