Le rôle du secteur public industriel dans le système productif français: une étude en termes d'influence productive

Abstract: [eng] The aim of this paper is to determine the driving action of the industrial public sector within the national productive structure. This study has been carried out with the use of 33 and 86 sectors input-output matrices, on the basis of influence theory indicators. The results moves that the industrial public sector displays two basic features : 1) it has a low driving action and a strong aptitude to diffuse price movements 2) its internal consistency is strong because of the close relations existing between the public sectors. A more detailed analysis then produces a typology of the 28 relevant sectors. [fre] Le but de cet article est de chercher à déterminer les capacités d'entrainement que l'actuel secteur public français exerce au sein du système productif national. L'étude a été effectuée sur la base des T.E.S. en 33 et 86 branches, à l'aide des indicateurs matriciels de la théorie de l'influence. Les résultats montrent que le secteur public industriel présente deux caractéristiques fondamentales : 1) il possède une faible capacité d'entraînement et une forte aptitude à diffuser les variations de prix, 2) sa cohérence interne est importante en raison des relations étroites entretenues par les branches le composant. Une analyse plus détaillée permet d'obtenir une typologie des 28 branches industrielles concernées au niveau le plus fin.
